Team Giving Initiatives

  • Teaching Mindfulness: our founding director spends 3 hours every month teaching mindfulness to children aged 5-16 years, enabling them to develop concentration, compassion, calmness and inner peace
  • Charities / NGOs: We are conscious that we work in a very specific niche of professional services in London, but we understand that our skills have a wider application and we are committed to undertaking pro bono work with charities / NGOs. To this effect, in 2020 we have launched a search for a charity / NGO organisation we can partner with and for which we are committing a week of our team’s time.
  • Carbon Neutral: Luminii are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and impact on our environment. The advancements and use of the latest technologies within our workplaces also encourage a paperless workforce
  • Cricket: Luminii sponsored a local cricket event in Surrey, to show our commitment to youth sport and teamwork  
  • Ethical Project selection: We are a for-profit business, but from the outset we have stated our ambition to conduct business ethically. On a day-to-day basis, this means being honest and transparent with our clients alongside only working in sectors that do not pose significant health and social risks
