Luminii provides CDD support to Agathos on their investment in Enfuse Group

Luminii are delighted to have provided Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) to Agathos on its investment in Enfuse Group, a leading digital transformation consultancy.

Enfuse Group (‘Enfuse’) is a London-based, B Corp certified consulting firm providing end-to-end transformation, change and delivery solutions to blue chip organisations. The business specialises in operating model design, data and AI strategy, process excellence, and delivery and change management across a number of sectors including retail, hospitality, higher education and transport.

Enfuse has demonstrated strong growth over the last five years, expanding within existing clients while also bringing in new, high profile customers. The company has built a market leading reputation for delivering high quality results for its clients, combining strong subject matter knowledge through its expert led model with a value additive, customer centric approach.

Agathos is backing the existing leadership team – Graeme Curwen (CEO and Co-Founder) and Harry Vazanias (Director of Consulting and Co-Founder) – to accelerate the next phase of the company’s growth. Growth initiatives will focus on building upon Enfuse’s core capabilities and key sector verticals; developing and expanding its scalable, technology and AI-enabled propositions; and investing in and strengthening its key strategic partnerships. These initiatives will deepen Enfuse’s relationships with its clients and strengthen its leading position in the market.
